For each item seen here I often have at least six or eight which never make it past the draft stage. They go into pending purgatory either because I decided it wasn’t an appropriate topic for the site, I wasn’t satisfied was the tone, more research was needed, or I sobered up. Sometimes they emerge weeks or months later, but most vanish into the mists.

So while this is more a challenge to myself than anything else, for the month of June I am going to attempt to make daily updates. This is in an attempt to make myself write faster, try some new things, and become a better American by emphasizing quantity over quality. For you, it’ll be… well, you’ll get… okay, I don’t know how you’ll feel about it. But I hope you will let me know.

Has something inspired such resolve?

It’s always a pleasure to read Hidden City. The more the better! GO FOR IT!

Funny thing, I have the exact opposite problem. Things get written down and pushed out many times before they’ve been adequately spell-checked and vented.

But then, you probably have already noticed that.

you’re already one of the “better americans” IMHO… alright?

k.d.: Not in the eyes of the current administration, that’s for damned certain.

Rick: I have no idea what you are talking about. ;-)

Manola: It’s a combination of a bit of frustration with my output levels, and an experiment I can’t talk about. You’ll forgive me my secrecy, I trust?
